CNRS, in its capacity as data controller, informs you that your data will be processed. When certain information is mandatory in order to access services or events organized by ACTRIS-FR, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data collection. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.
How is your data used?
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD): Regulation (EU) 2016/679 6, personal data ( last name, first name, email, food preferences) collected as part of ACTRIS-FR’s activities (organization of events, training, infrastructure-related communications…) are recorded in computerized files. Unless otherwise stated, the legal basis for processing is consent (Art 6.1.a of the RGPD).
Depending on their respective needs, the following are recipients of data: the ACTRIS-FR Office, the administrators of the actris.fr website and any event service providers.
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
The retention period for this data is the legal period for the field to which the request relates. If there is no legal time limit, the data will be kept for the duration of the processing.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
You have the following rights with regard to the use made of your data:
- the right to object: you may object to the processing of your data at any time and have the right to withdraw your consent
- the right to access and rectify your data
- the right to erasure – the right to restricted use when your data is no longer necessary or useful
- the right to portability: communicate your data to the person of your choice.
